The parent Company being M/s. New Maharashtra Construction Co., established in 1966 by Shri Ved Prakash Kohli, had done various Contracts in Government, Semi Government and Corporate sector such as M.I.D.C., B.M.C., CIDCO etc. Some of the major works accomplished are various Housing Projects and reclamation along with Infrastructure Development in Navi Mumbai in different nodes of CIDCO.

We have established this firm in February 2000 after operating under the name of KAYBEE Civil Engineers & Contractors since 1977. During this period we have to our credit a fine track record of completing various works among which are a few Townships for Corporates such as:

Shri Ved Prakash Kohli is the Chairman and MR. Anil Kohli, a Civil Engineer by qualification is the Managing Director of Kaybee Construction & Engineers PVT. LTD. He is now joined by the Third Generation his Son Mr. Karan Kohli as a director on completion of his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.

We have a vast experience in executing all kinds of Civil, Co-related Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary works, along with Infrastructure, Industrial and other allied works such as Steel fabrication etc.
